Refunds
Full refunds are not accepted due to the nature of the product and COVID-19 precautions.
Exchanges
I have a 12-day exchange policy, which means you have 12 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and unworn or unused (with the exception of trying it on of course). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate an exchange, you can contact me at rogueambitionsknits@gmail.com or through the contact form on my website. Please note that returns will need to be shipped back to the address that will be provided after contacting m once the exchange is approved. Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping fee of the return as well as the exchange being swapped.
Items sent back to me without first requesting and being approved for an exchange will not be accepted or refunded.
If an item is being exchanged because you do not like it or it does not fit, I am able to knit to knit up a custom order and or something that is to your size. Please contact me to discuss measurements and sizing and color options available. Not all patterns are able to be customized easily and another item may be more appropriate.
Once an exchange is approved, I will be in touch with you to discuss, and will process the exchange within 7 items of receiving the returned merchandise. Items exchanged for a custom order request are TBD on receival, contingent on queue for current customer orders being completed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. I will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right. I am not responsible for damages caused by the shipping carrier. If you have damage to goods due to the shipping process, please contact USPS or the shipping provider to resolve this issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
I do not accept returns for custom orders unless there is an issue, If you do experience an issue with a custom order, please reach out to me so I can help make it right as I want to ensure you are happy with your product. Do not hesitate to get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your custom order item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If there is a rare exception I must issue a refund for any reason, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
